Celebrating 40 morning, noon & night

Yesterday I celebrated my 40th birthday.  I received no black over the hill balloons, somber birthday wishes or corny cards cards with a exorbitant amount of candles with references to something burning down because of the amount of flames.  Nope.  Instead I was showered with love from my sweet little family and friends, from morning till evening.  Orange sweet rolls and presents to start my day and then dinner and a play with my husband to end the night.  And lots of warm wishes in between.  It was fun day for me and today I don't feel "over the hill", I feel refreshed and loved.
