My vote goes to this Miss America (click here for video). Caressa Cameron doesn't hold a candle to this beauty! And this contestant even bows & claps for herself ~
she even can do twirly twirls! You can't get much better than that!
* For some reason the host location did not think to pick up all the toys, I mean props, for this oh so important videoed pageant. This particular contestant had been inside all day due to snow and the event coordinator was just too tired 2 pick up one more time! So do not deduct points for neatness, the charm and stage presence should carry this contestant!*

The roses, crown, rewards, and our vote goes to the star of the show -Miss Tess-as Miss America!!! No one can bow like her, Or sing.And the gown was so original-that is - the night gown,or I should say P.Js.
