My mom use to make tents for me when I was growing up. She would carefully and skillfully construct my fortress and in an instant that space became something other than a sheet thrown over a piece of furniture. It would become my castle, my hideaway, my secret place, although clearly visible to the rest of the family. I made Tess her own hideaway today...she thought it was great. She filled with things that make her happy~ her little toys, some books, a few puzzles and lots of stuffed animals. Such a simple task with a great reward...look at that face!
